What a beautiful garden" exclaimed Louis the XIV when
he saw Alsace for thé first time.
This region of France situated in thé middle of the
European jigsaw forms a small country in itself where thé landscape
is rich and green. Thanks to the protective barrier of the
Vosges mountains, Alsace enjoys a pleasant climate with little
rainfall.

The 120 kms of the famous Road of Wines offer Riesling, Gewurztraminer
or Muscat, along a winding belt dotted with Winstubs in which
you can sample at leisure a wide range of regional products.
Whichever itinerary you take to discover Alsace, you will be
pleasantly surprised by its art of living as well as thé warm
and friendly way in which your hosts greet you.
Gifted with a high touristic potential Alsace is also an ideal
region for sports and leisure. The Vosges with 11 OOOkms of
country lanes offer the possibility of many outings by foot,
bicycle, or on horseback.
Fishing water sports and cruises are also possible in the small
lakes the rivers or the canais which are found here. Few do
not know the pleasures of hunting in Alsace...
